Crucifix
The Crucifix delays Y'm-bhi aggression.
Even to those who have been taken, the crucifix is a thing of power. Whatever shred of humanity remains within a Y'm-bhi will focus upon the symbol, delaying its attack.
I cannot say whether this is salvation or merely restraint, but I hold to the belief that no corruption is so complete that the sign of Christ is wholly without meaning. Even here, even among such abominations, the light of forgiveness is not entirely lost.
Aim the crucifix at a Ym-bhi to draw its attention and reduce its aggression.
